In Bend, take Highway 20 east (Greenwood Ave) from Highway 97. Just beyond Pilot Butte on your left, take left on Azure, between The Mattress Factory and Hertz Car Sales. Azure travels a very short distance and T's with Savannah Drive. The clinic is located just across the street from where you stop at Savannah. Take a left on Savannah and then a quick right into the parking lot.
